Is there a minimum term?
To provide the high-quality, custom-built website you deserve, we require a minimum 12-month commitment. This initial term ensures we have the necessary time to fully develop, launch, and optimize your site for success. If you decide to cancel your plan within this 12-month period, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining payments will apply. This fee helps cover the initial development costs and work completed on your custom website. After the initial term, your plan will continue on a rolling monthly basis, giving you the flexibility to cancel at any time without a fee.
Can I buy my completed site?
At any point, you have the option to purchase your custom-built website outright. The purchase fee is based on the initial development cost of your site. If the total amount you've paid in monthly subscriptions exceeds the original development cost, you can acquire your website with no additional fee. However, if the total subscription payments are less than the initial development cost, you can still purchase the website by paying the remaining difference. Once purchased, the website files are yours to keep, and you can host and manage it independently, giving you full ownership and control.
Content Ownership
Any content you provide for your website—including text, images, logos, and videos—remains your exclusive property. While we build and manage the site, you retain full ownership of all the content, and we will never use it for any other purpose without your explicit permission. If you decide to cancel your plan or purchase the website, all of your content will be returned to you.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to increase your monthly subscription price once per year, in line with the current inflation rate. If a price adjustment is necessary, we will provide you with at least one month's notice.
Should you decide not to continue your plan due to the new pricing, you can cancel without incurring any cancellation fees. The only exception would be if you choose to purchase the website outright, in which case the purchase fee would still apply.
